Management of the Group

The senior management team at TengizTransGroup is responsible for the day-to-day running and development of the Group and reports to the Supervisory Board.

General Director Vladimir Mishurkin moved to the Supervisory Board.

Anuar Shalkarbekov
First Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Anuar Shalkarbekov has been the First Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Tengiztransgas LLP since October 2013. He has more than eight years’ experience in finance, much of it spent working in the railway industry. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Shalkarbekov served as head of finance at JSC Vasilkovskii GOK from 2007 until 2008.

He held a number of corporate finance roles from 2000 until 2007, when he worked at ABN AMRO, BTA Bank, Temir Bank and Bank CenterCredit. Mr. Shalkarbekov holds a BA in Finance from the Kazakhstani State Academy of Management and an MSc in Finance from the Lancaster University Management School at Lancaster University.


Abdul-Aziz Segaev
Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Project and Business Development

Abdul-Aziz Segayev has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Tengiztransgas LLP since November 2012. Prior to this appointment, he was General Director of Alautransservice for over 2 years. Also, he has large and successful experience in biggest oil producing company in Republic of Kazakhstan “Tengizchevroil” JSC (TCO). Abdul-Aziz Segayev worked within TCO for more than eight years in logistics and sale area. He was initially employed by TCO in 2002 as an analyst and held few positions before he became manager of logistics operations in 2006.
Mr. Segayev holds a BS in Pharmacy from Kazakhstani National Medical University and MSc in Business and Management from Plymouth University, United Kingdom. Currently he is doing PhD in Business Administration in Kazakh-British Technical University.

Baurzhan Seralin
Managing Director, Legal & Administrative

Baurzhan Seralin has been Managing Director of the Legal & Administrative department of Tengiztransgas, LLP since February 2010. From 2008 to 2010 he held a number of roles, including head of the legal departments at National Information Technologies (JSC), JSC Orken and the Kazakhstani Center for Engineering and Technology Transfer.

In his earlier career, Mr Seralin held management positions from 2005 until 2007, within a number of organisations, including JSC Sustainable Development Fund Kazyna and the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan. He holds a BA in Law from Kazakhstani State Law University and a BA in Economy from Kazakhstani University of Economy, Finance and International Trade.


Ivan Karyakin
Managing Director, Procurement and Technical Control

Ivan Karyakin has been the Managing Director of the Procurement and Technical Control department of Tengiztransgas LLP since November 2010. He has over 12 years’ experience in management and technical control, including railway transport and industrial construction. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Karyakin worked in a range of technical managerial and directorial capacities, including roles at Dala Group JSC (2007-2010), ALCON JSC (2003-2007), KTZ (2001-2003), and Ulba Metal Plant JSC (1998-2001).

Mr. Karyakin graduated Moscow State Technical University n.a. Bauman (Radio and Mechanical Engineer). He has also completed quality system certification course at Moscow State University of Railway Transport.Khramtsov Victor Sergeyevich has been holding the position of Chief Operating Officer at "Ak-Zhaiyk-7" LLP, a company included in TengizTransGroup, since 2008. In July 2010, he was invited to serve as Chief Operating Officer at "Tengiztransgaz” LLP.

Chief Operating Officer

Khramtsov Victor began his career in 1977 at the Locomotive Depot in Almaty as an Assistant Engineer. In 1982, Victor was appointed Locomotive Engineer, followed by the positions of Class 2 Electric Locomotive Engineer and Engineering Instructor. In 1996, he was invited to serve as Chief Passenger Locomotive Foremаn at Almaty-1 Depot. In 1998, Victor was appointed Deputy Director for the operations of Almaty-1 Depot, followed by the position of Chief Engineer. Still in 1998, he was also employed as Deputy Maintenance Director. In 2000, he was appointed Chief Engineer of the Southern region Locomotive Management Department. Victor also served as Head of the Servicing Depot of Semipalatinsk from 2001. In 2003-2005, he held the position of Chief Technical Officer followed by the position of First Deputy General Director of Almaty Heavy Engineering Plant. He has held the position of Director General at Kushmurun TRMZ -2 since 2005.

In 1977, Victor Khramtsov graduated from the Railway College and completed training in the Almaty Road Technical College. In 2001, he graduated from Tynyshbekov Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications with a degree in "Railroad Engines and Locomotive Management ". Khramtsov V.S. has received multiple awards for his achievements in the field of railway transport

Baizhumankyzy Aliya
Car Fleet General Manager

Baizhumankyzy Aliya is holding a position of car fleet general manager of “Tengiztransgas” LLP since April 2010. She joined a team in 2002 as a Technical Department Expert. In 2007,Aliya was promoted to the level of Car Fleet General Managerand was subsequently appointedCar Fleet Accounting Department Directorat “Tengiztransgas” LLP in 2009.

Aliya is serving as a Chief Operating Officer at “Transport Holding” LLP since 2007.

Baizhumankyzy Aliya graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1998 with a degree in “Applied Mathematics”. In 2010, Baizhumankyzy Aliya was awarded Certificate No.006 issued by Kazakhstan Association of Carriers in recognition of excellent performance as rolling stock specialist.
